I am incredibly disappointed with my experience. I purchased a ring for our anniversary, and from the beginning, it has been nothing but stress. I never received a confirmation email after placing my order, which left me unsure if my purchase even went through. After emailing them twice to inquire about the status of my order, I finally received my package—but then I was told that my email was “written incorrectly” and that was why I hadn’t received any confirmation. This explanation came only after I had already received the item, which made the whole situation even more frustrating.
I understand that engraving a custom item can complicate exchanges, but the lack of flexibility and customer support is appalling. I had hoped for a solution, especially since I wanted to exchange the ring for a different size, but it feels like the company is doing everything they can to avoid helping me. I expected better, especially from a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction.
It seems like customer service isn’t a priority here, and that it’s more about taking your money than actually assisting with legitimate concerns. I really hope this review gets to someone who can address these issues, but for now, I’m left feeling incredibly frustrated and unsatisfied. One star. Now im left with an expensive ring I can not do anything with. For them it would have been the minimal amount of work to take the ring and change it. Or perhaps with a fee I was even ready. However a ring I paid 150€ for I expect more help!
