is backed by our Lifetime Warranty:
- From day one: solid sterling silver, never plated, so it won't fade, flake or rust.
- Within 72 hours of delivery: scratches, damage or errors are repaired or replaced free of charge, shipping included.
- Up to 12 months: if it breaks because of a design or manufacturing flaw, we repair or replace it free of charge.
- After 12 months, for life: if anything happens to your piece, we can repair it for a fee depending on the issue.
Not covered: scratches and dents from wear, lost items, natural tarnishing, damage from misuse (such as bending), or changes made by anyone other than NineTwoFive.
