Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We have no control in when your package arrives at your home. Multiple factors like Covid-19, Blackfriday, Christmas etc all influence delivery times. We thank you for your understanding. For the highest guarantee in a fast delivery we recommend choosing for the express shipping option.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: the United States, Australia and countries inside the European Union.

At this time, we do not ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Palestinian Territories, South Sudan, Myanmar, Crimea Ukraine, Cote d’Ivoire, Congo, Liberia, Lebanon, Sudan, Belarus, Iraq, Zimbabwe, Syria.

Import Duties (VAT)

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. NineTwoFive will reimburse these costs for you. Simply send your payment link to and we will arrange the payment within 24 hours. If you have made the payment yourself, we would like to receive a proof of payment. We will then transfer the money to your account. It's also possible to convert the amount to a store credit. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your order number, tracking code, and name, and we will look into it for you.

Wrong address?

Please carefully review your address while placing the order or after you have placed the order. If you have provided the wrong address we will not be able to cancel the shipment after it has been fulfilled. In this case, there will be a failed delivery and the package will be returned to us. Please understand that it might take up to 2 weeks before we receive the package. Once we received your package we will send you an email to ask you to update your address in addition to an invoice of €9.95 to cover the reshipping and fulfillment costs. Afterward, we'll reship your order to the new address. To avoid this time-consuming process we ask you to carefully review your address at each step of the checkout process and the order confirmation process.

What if I missed the delivery?

This depends on the delivery option you have chosen and your country of residence. In some cases, you will receive a second delivery attempt the next day. Most frequently, the courier will leave a pickup note behind and deliver your package to a pickup point. This note will tell you where exactly you can pick up your order. From the moment that your package was delivered to a pickup point, you become responsible for the package. Please bring the pickup note along with your ID when picking up the order. Please pick up your order as soon as possible. Depending on the courier and country the order will be returned to us if it is not picked up within a certain period of time.

If you failed to pick up the order within a given time frame, your order will be returned to us. In this case, we are unable to resend you your order for free again. We require an additional €9.95 to cover our costs of shipping and fulfilling your order. We will let you know once we've received your order back in our warehouse. If the return package is lost in transit, we are unable to send you a new package for free.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your order number, tracking code, and name, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
