We have a 30-day return policy, which means that your order should be returned to us within 30 days after receiving your order. This policy is is extended to 60 days during the following gifting seasons: Christmas, Valentine, Father's day.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If we are unable to resell your order, the return will be disaproved.

Please note, that we do not cover the costs that occur when you return your package. However, if you have requested a new item or another size, we will send this back to you free of charge. If for the second time you need another size, we will charge you a shipping fee of €7,50.

Refund express shipping

Express shipping is non-refundable. The express shipping service is an extra service offered by DHL with shipping charges that are non-refundable. If you wish to receive a refund and have chosen and/or paid for the express shipping option, you will receive a refund that is equal to the total order value minus the shipping expenses you've paid.

Refund when order not delivered in time

Please note that while we offer an express shipping option for an additional fee of €10, delivery times are not always within our control. In the event that DHL is unable to deliver the package within the promised time frame, we cannot issue refunds for the express shipping fee, as we ourselves are also charged for this service. We can only issue refunds for paid shipping costs if the delay is caused by an error on our part.

However, we still strive to provide the best service possible and understand the frustration that can come with a delayed delivery. In some cases, we may be able to offer a gift card to compensate for any inconvenience caused. We appreciate your understanding and are always here to help with any concerns you may have.

An order can be cancelled up to 24 hours after placing it. For a pre-order, you'll have 48 hours to contact us for cancellation.

Damages and issues 
Thoroughly inspect your order as soon as you have received it. We will not be able to accept returns that have been damaged unless we have been given prior notice that your order was delivered faulty. If you notice that you have received a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If you bought the wrong size, you're able to exchange it for another size. The fastest way to ensure you get the right size is to return the wrong size and make a separate purchase for the new size. We will refund you for the return once we have received it back at our warehouse.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

NineTwoFive is unable to refund items that were received damaged or purchased during a giveaway, clearance, or sale. Items purchased during the sale can only be exchanged for another product, another size or a gift card.
