Requesting a return is quick and easy through our returns portal. In just a few clicks, you’ll receive either a return label or a QR code.

We split the shipping

Return shipping is at your own cost, but we ship your first exchange back to you free of charge.

Good to know

• Engraved designs can't be returned, except designs from our Exchangeable After Engraving collection, which you can exchange for another size.
• Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
• Custom sizes are made to order and can't be returned or exchanged.
• Paid with Klarna? Register your return in our portal instead of requesting a refund through Klarna, to avoid delays.
