Shipping policy

Order Processing & Shipping Times

All regular orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Custom Orders 

Please note that custom-sized pieces are handled differently from regular orders.

Custom sizing requires additional production time.
Estimated production and delivery time: 8–10 weeks.

By placing a custom-sized order, you agree to these extended timelines.

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, external factors such as holiday seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc), or courier delays may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding. If you require the fastest delivery, we recommend selecting express shipping at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options: Free Priority Shipping and Express Shipping. Estimated delivery times per region:

All delivery times are estimates and based on business days. No rights can be derived from these estimates. The actual shipping cost will be calculated based on your location at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Palestinian Territories, South Sudan, Myanmar, Crimea (Ukraine), Cote d'Ivoire, Congo, Liberia, Lebanon, Sudan, Belarus, Iraq, Zimbabwe, Syria.

For all other countries, we offer free worldwide shipping. Orders are dispatched from the Netherlands and delivered via local postal services. Actual delivery times depend on your country’s postal infrastructure and distance from the Netherlands.

Import Duties & VAT

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. NineTwoFive will reimburse these costs once proof of payment is provided. Simply send your payment receipt to support@ninetwofive.com, and we will process the reimbursement within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can opt for store credit instead of a direct refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you have not received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@ninetwofive.com with your order number, tracking code, and name, and we will investigate the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. If you realize an error:

  • Contact us immediately before the order is shipped.

  • If the order has already been fulfilled, we cannot cancel the shipment.

  • In cases of failed delivery, the package will be returned to us and reshipping costs of €9 will apply.

To avoid unnecessary delays, please double-check your shipping details during checkout.

Missed Delivery & Return to Sender

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may make a second attempt or leave the package at a pickup point.

  • Once the package is delivered to a pickup point, it becomes your responsibility to collect it.

  • If the package is not collected within the courier’s specified timeframe, it will be returned to us.

  • In such cases, we will charge €9 to cover reshipping and fulfillment costs.

  • If the return package is lost in transit, we cannot provide a replacement for free.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued minus return shipping costs.

Due to the personalized nature of custom-sized items, these products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Each custom-sized piece is made specifically to your measurements and cannot be resold.

We strongly recommend carefully reviewing your selected size before placing a custom order.

If your order arrives damaged or with incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours at support@ninetwofive.com with photos and order details. We handle such cases individually to provide the best possible resolution.
