The packaging was exceptional, the customer service was fantastic, and the whole process was incredibly fast and efficient. Despite having a custom laser engraved logo, the ring arrived just two days after ordering, which exceeded my expectations.
The attention to detail was impressive. There was even a complimentary bracelet included in the box, which was a lovely surprise. The ring is slightly larger than expected, but NineTwoFive had thoughtfully included ring fillers, so it wasn’t an issue at all.
