Want to return or exchange an item? Follow the steps below for a smooth and easy process.
Use our Return Portal to get started. You’ll need your order number (starts with NTF) and the email used during checkout.

🔁 Exchange Instructions

1. Register your exchange via our Return Portal.

2. Place the item(s) inside the leather pouch, then inside the slim drawer box with the wax seal.Please remove all cards and extras from the drawer.

3. Seal the drawer in the protective envelope.

4. Stick the new return label over the old one.

We'll ship your new item within 5 working days after approval.

💸 Refund Instructions

1. Register your return via our Return Portal.

2. Pack the item(s) as received, using the original packaging if possible.

3. Seal everything in the protective envelope.

4. Stick the new return label over the old one.

Your refund will be processed within 5 working days after approval.

⚠️ Important Information

• Personalized items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless you opt for a gift card).

• A €1.99 fee applies to refunds (this does not apply to exchanges or gift cards).

• Personalised your gift box or leather pouch? Only returns for a refund incur a €15 deduction per order. Exchanges for another product, size, or gift card remain free.

• Klarna users: Please do not request a refund through Klarna. Use our return portal to avoid delays.
