From the moment you unpack your order, our lifetime warranty will guarantee you that your jewellery is forged out of solid 925 sterling silver. This guarantees that your jewellery will never fade, flake or rust.
Within < 72 hours of delivery
2. Receiving your order
Opening your package and noticing something is wrong? Our Lifetime Warranty will cover any scratches, damage or human errors that you notice within 72 hours after your order is marked as delivered by our carriers. Please contact us about the error within 72 hours of delivery and we will provide you with an entirely free repair, replacement or another suitable solution. After 72 hours we cannot provide you with a free replacement for scratches and damage anymore, but you will still be covered against design flaws!
72 hours < 12 months
3. Design flaw coverage
If your NineTwoFive jewellery breaks due to a design flaw within the first 12 months, we will provide you with a free repair or replacement. Design flaws refer to inherent mistakes or defects in the jewelry's design and craftsmanship that cause it to break or malfunction under normal use, not including damages from wear and tear, misuse, or external modifications. Examples include malfunctioning closures, snapped chains, or errors in soldering.
12 months < your lifetime
4. Lifetime repairs or replacements
Under normal wear and tear, your jewellery is covered, and you'll be eligible for a repair or replacement of your piece. If your NineTwoFive jewellery breaks due to a design flaw after the first 12 months but within your lifetime, we will replace or repair your item for a nominal fee of 30% - 50% of the item’s price. Completely depending on the design, the type of damage and the age of the item. This is purely for us to cover the additional costs of repairing, replacing, handling and shipping your item. This policy applies only to design flaw breakage and not to unintentional abuse, accidental breakage and stolen or lost items. Additionally, any adjustments made to your piece by an external party other than NineTwoFive will void the warranty.

Our lifetime warranty only covers design flaws, meaning it does not cover scratches, dents, bent material, lost items and tarnished silver. All of these can happen over time. Below is an overview of excluded situations:

What about the shipping costs?
If you notice something is wrong with your jewellery within 72 hours of delivery (layer 2) we will pay all associated shipping costs to replace or repair your item. If your jewellery breaks due to a design flaw after 72 hours but within the first 12 months (layer 3), we will repair or replace your item free of charge. However, we kindly request that you bear the initial cost of sending the item back to us.
Please note that when making use of your Lifetime Warranty after 12 months (layer 4), you're always responsible for shipping it back to us. Once you have received a new or repaired item, your lifetime warranty will reset again.
